So, as well as being able to do all the exercises you would on a standalone bar, you are able to do other exercises as well. This means that your workout is not restricted and will not become stale or too repetitive. These are very similar to the kinds of apparatus you find at fitness centres and gyms. You don´t want to purchase an expensive piece of gym equipment and place it in the garden only for it to become rusty and dangerous to use in a much shorter time than if you were to use it indoors.
